Practice Overview:

• You’ll join a team of dedicated providers at one of several locations, including Seneca Falls and Clyde
• Focus on outpatient care with no inpatient responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Enjoy a manageable call schedule, typically no more frequent than 1:7

Schedule:

• Choose between a 5-day week with 8-hour shifts or a 4-day week with 10-hour shifts
• No weekend responsibilities, offering a balanced work-life schedule
• Flexibility in patient volume, with a goal of seeing 24 patients per 10-hour day

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary ranging from $285,000 to $310,000 with RVU incentives
• Generous PTO of 160 hours and a CME allowance of $4,000
• Sign-on bonus of $50,000 and relocation support up to $15,000
• Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice coverage

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Open to J1 and H1B Visa candidates
• New graduates welcome; rural medicine experience preferred
