Breast Health Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Beebe Healthcare is seeking an experienced Breast Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Breast Center team in coastal Delaware.

This opportunity allows you to provide comprehensive, patient-centered breast care, manage high-risk patients, support breast cancer prevention and surveillance, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional outcomes.

• Manage high-risk breast patients through risk assessments, screening, surveillance, and preventive care.
• Provide ongoing follow-up for patients with a history of breast cancer.
• Order and evaluate breast imaging, assess abnormal findings, and coordinate biopsies with the breast surgeon.
• Manage benign breast conditions, including breast pain, cysts, and dense breast tissue.
• Order genetic testing when clinically appropriate and coordinate oncology referrals.
• Evaluate postoperative breast surgery patients and identify potential complications.
• Assess lymphedema and coordinate physical therapy or specialty referrals.
• Provide patient education and evidence-based breast cancer risk-reduction counseling aligned with NCCN guidelines.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current NP licensure and national board certification.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Delaware prescriptive authority and DEA registration, or eligibility as applicable.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-centered care skills.
