Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8a–5p only
- No weekends or holidays
- Predictable weekday routine; great for work-life balance
Cases and Procedures
- No procedures required
- Focus on chronic disease management: diabetes, CHF, HTN, CAD, mild cognitive impairment
Requirements
- MD or DO, board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, or Certified Family Nurse Practitioner * Active Illinois license and DEA
- Must be fluent in Spanish
