Ongoing ENT Locums need in Pennsylvania
An established medical center in Pennsylvania is seeking skilled ENT physicians for ongoing part-time locum tenens coverage. This is a unique opportunity to provide essential patient care with a favorable call schedule.
Highlights
- 1 week per month or every other month, with strong potential for temp-to-perm.
- Low average call volume, providing better work-life balance.
- Bread and butter ENT cases – gain diverse clinical experience.
- Travel and lodging expenses are provided.
Practice Setting
- Mount Nittany Medical Center, covering clinic, OR, and call.
- Collaborate with 2 part-time ENTs and 1 APP.
- Focus on Mount Nittany Medical Center and unassigned patients.
Schedule
- Clinic hours are standard 8 AM - 5 PM, including OR/surgery center coverage.
- Night call from 5 PM - 8 AM and 24-hour weekend call.
- Call week begins 8 AM Friday and ends 8 AM the following Friday.
Procedures and Cases
- Comprehensive bread and butter ENT cases.
- Involves clinic, OR, and surgery center coverage.
Requirements
- MD or DO with active PA license or active IMLC at time of presentation.
- Board Certified in ENT (Board Eligible accepted if scheduled to take boards ASAP).
- Must be comfortable covering clinic, OR, and call.
Credentialing Requirements
- Credentialing typically takes 60-90 days.
