NORTON HEART & VASCULAR INSTITUTE, located in Louisville, Kentucky, is seeking an acute care, board-certified provider to join its expanding program. The ideal candidate will join a comprehensive Heart Rhythm Center supported by a dedicated team that includes seven board-certified electrophysiologists, five advanced practice providers, two nurse navigators and several dedicated in-house cardiac device specialists. The center offers a dedicated Atrial Fibrillation Clinic and remote device monitoring program and is part of a new cardiovascular multidisciplinary clinic space that opened in 2023.

Norton Heart & Vascular Institute is the area’s largest collaborative cardiovascular group, with more than 50 board-certified physicians and more than 45 advanced practice providers focused in a specialty and subspecialty model that includes general cardiology, advanced cardiac imaging, electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, advanced heart failure care with mechanical circulatory support, vascular surgery, and structural heart and cardiothoracic surgery. Norton Heart & Vascular Institute maintains more than 57% of the total cardiovascular market share in our primary service area.

Norton Children’s - As the need for expert pediatric care has grown in our region, so has the footprint of Norton Children’s. Currently serving more than 215,000 patients on average per year, including more than 93,000 pediatric emergency care visits and nearly 13,000 pediatric surgeries, Norton Children’s provides comprehensive care for children of all ages across the region.

Located in downtown Louisville, the 300-bed Norton Children’s Hospital is the region’s only full-service, free-standing pediatric hospital, the only Level I Pediatric Trauma Center.
