Primary Care Position - Buffalo NY

About Us:

We are seeking a Primary Care physician specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics to join our expanding team at one of New York State's most well-established ** and largest physician-directed group practices. Our focus is on comprehensive, patient-centered care, and we offer an integrated healthcare experience in a multi-specialty setting. You will have the opportunity for partnership and an increasing earning potential with minimal buy-in.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• New graduates (2024 and 2025), current residents/fellows, and practicing physicians are welcome to apply

Practice Setting:

• Provide full-spectrum primary care to adult and geriatric patients, with a limited adolescent population
• Join a group of 120 total providers including 46 Primary Care Physicians and 10 mid-level providers
• Ancillary services include X-ray, MRI, CT, Lab, Ultrasound, etc.
• Clinical hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 4-5 day workweek
• Participate in a call rotation averaging 1:8 (phone calls only)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Two-year guaranteed base salary with productivity bonuses available
• Opportunity for partnership with minimal buy-in and income potential of $500,000-$600,000
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and critical care insurance, 401(k) with matching, and malpractice coverage (occurrence-based)

• $30,000 signing bonus provided

  • PTO and CME time plus allowance
