• Established, Community-Rooted Practice: Serve patients of all ages alongside a dedicated team of Board-Certified physicians, NPs, RNs, and dental professionals in a multi-site FQHC that has provided vital care since 1972
• Low-Volume, Quality-Focused Care: Enjoy seeing 20-22 patients per day (max 24) with strong nursing and administrative support to help you focus on patient care
• Flexible Schedule: 4 to 4.5-day workweek with optional compensated “Sick Baby” call at the local hospital. Participate in a light, shared 7-day call rotation (average 5 calls per cycle)
• Modern Practice Environment: Practice primarily out of our main Cortland clinic, with one day per week in a nearby rural clinic.

Compensation & Benefits

• Strong Base Salary: $285,000 guaranteed plus a $100,000 sign-on bonus with a four-year commitment, $5,000 in relocation, and Student Loan Repayment eligibility
• Generous PTO: 4 weeks vacation, 2 personal days, plus CME week, and up to 720 hours of sick leave accrual
• CME & Professional Support: $2,000 annual CME allowance, malpractice coverage through FTCA (tail included), plus paid licensure and membership fees

Candidate Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• MD or DO, with a commitment to compassionate, collaborative, patient-centered care.
• Open to J1 and H1B visa sponsorship
• Previous FQHC experience or mission-focused volunteer work preferred
