Join Our Team:

• 5 Ophthalmologists, 8 Optometrists, Opticians and a tenured support staff
• Outpatient office based, independent private practice setting
• Primarily adults, option to see children if desired
• Monday - Friday
• Call 1:5 weekends, mostly phone and no hospital call
• Epic EHR
• Diverse mix of cases including Cataracts, Cornea, Diabetic retinopathy, Eyelid procedures, Glaucoma, Macular degeneration, and Medical Retina
• State-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center and Eye & Vision Institute with: YAG laser, OCT, Visual Field, Fundus Photography, Auto Refraction, IOL Master, Fluorescein, and Pentacam
• Onsite optical shop
• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $425,000 - $500,000, depending upon your qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus, loan repayment, residency stipend, and relocation, equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $500,000 - $1,000,000+.

Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified (AB or AOA)

Illinois licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Illinois
