• Work alongside 5 Ophthalmologists, 8 Optometrists, and skilled Opticians.
• Enjoy autonomy to make decisions in practice, schedule, staffing and more.
• See primarily adults, option to see children if desired.
• Call 1:5 weekends, mostly phone.
• State-of-the-art equipment, including YAG laser, OCT, Visual Field, Fundus Photography, Auto Refraction, IOL Master, Fluorescein, and Pentacam.
• Your case mix will be diverse and comprehensive, focusing on bread-and-butter ophthalmology, including:

1. Cataracts
2. Cornea
3. Diabetic retinopathy
4. Eyelid procedures
5. Glaucoma
6. Macular degeneration

We Offer

• No cap on earning potential, with physicians earning $1 million + annually
• 1-year shareholder track with ASC ownership, no buy-in or downside risk
• 401k with match (100% vested day one) plus profit sharing
• $40K sign-on bonus

• Residency stipend
• Up to 6 weeks of paid time off and paid holidays
• $2,500 CME allowance plus paid license and certification renewals

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $425,000 - $500,000, depending upon your qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $500,000 - $1,000,000+.
