M–F, 8 AM to 5 PM (1-hour lunch)

No outpatient clinic

Practice Setting:

Inpatient, Hospital-based

​

Hospital Size: 269 beds

Support: Inpatient nurses, OPAT MA

EMR: Cerner

Team: 2 employed ID physicians (each work 4 days/week)

Patient census varies (adult population, median age ~59)

Requirements:

Board Certified in Infectious Disease

AZ license or IMLC eligible

Active DEA

Fecal transplant experience required

Credentialing: 30 days
