Spine Consultant/Physiatrist for Outpatient Clinic - Coastal Maine

Maine Medical Partners Neurosurgery & Spine is seeking a Physiatrist for their well-established outpatient multispecialty Spine Center. The ideal candidate will be a Physiatrist (MD or DO) with experience in the diagnosis and management of a variety of spine conditions. 

 

·       Leading spine and neurosurgical practice in the state of Maine.

·       Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of both spine and musculoskeletal disorders to patients in Maine and parts of Northern New Hampshire.

·       Join 10 physiatrists, 12 surgeons, 3 anesthesiologists, and 3 physical therapists.

·       Call is taken from home and amounts to approximately six weeks per year. 

·       Clinical work includes Initial consultations and ongoing management of both surgical and non-surgical spine conditions.

·       High volume of referrals.

·       Access to on-site EMG, X-ray, and MRI as well as two fluoroscopy suites and musculoskeletal ultrasound for interventional procedures. 

·       Our Rehabilitation Medicine clinic addresses the rehabilitation needs of pediatric and adult patients.

·       The Spine Center includes physical medicine and rehabilitation, neurosurgery, orthopedic spine surgery, and anesthesiology specialists.

·       Located in a beautiful new 100,000ft2 medical office building, along with Pediatric and Adult Neurology.
