    We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Laborist for an inpatient-focused Labor & Delivery position. Shifts are typically 11–14 hours (day or night), with scheduling based on patient care needs.

    • Inpatient Labor & Delivery focus
    • 11–14 hour day and night shifts
    • Deliver routine and high-risk obstetrical care
    • Perform vaginal and Cesarean deliveries
    • Evaluate and manage obstetric emergencies
    • Provide postpartum and immediate newborn care
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and supervise residents
    • Teach medical students, residents, and nursing trainees
    • Utilize an advanced electronic medical record system
    • Manage labor from admission through delivery and postpartum care
    • Perform vaginal deliveries, Cesarean sections, and emergency OB/GYN procedures
    • Assess maternal and fetal well-being and respond to obstetric emergencies
    • Perform procedures including endometrial and cervical biopsies, D&C, cervical polyp removal, abscess drainage, and laceration repair
    • Provide contraceptive counseling and treatment of gynecologic conditions
    • Document patient care in accordance with military treatment facility standards
    • Prescribe medications using hospital formulary guidelines
    • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG)
    • Minimum of one year of recent OB/GYN practice experience following residency
    • Current, unrestricted Washington medical license
    • Current ACLS, NRP, PALS, and BLS certifications
    • U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident authorized to work in the U.S.
