This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
• Patients Per Day: 12-16
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Scope: Primary Care
• State Licensure: Any Unrestricted State License and Active State Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners: No
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 Days
