North Okaloosa Physician Group, affiliated with North Okaloosa Medical Center (NOMC), is seeking an experienced, board-certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established hospital-employed group in Crestview, Florida.
Step into an immediate, high-volume elective practice fueled by an active population near Eglin Air Force Base. Local demand for elective joints, sports medicine, and reconstructive procedures is extremely high across our captive Primary Service Area of 215,000+ residents. About Your Work:
- Employed, full-time, well-respected practice
- Join 2 physicians and 1 APP
- 25-bed ED (40,000 visits in 2025)
- 5 modern OR suites, dedicated blocks, efficient and tenured OR team, state of the art technology including MAKO and 24/7 anesthesia coverage
- Additional access to ASC with 3 OR suites
- EMR: Athena with Suki AI scribe technology
- Fully-equipped clinic with experienced support team; clinic across highway from medical center
- Established primary care network and robust specialty care, including Pain Management and Oncology, through established clinical partnerships
- Multidisciplinary support through IP/OP rehabilitation, infusion therapy, IR, and Wound Care/HBO
- Dedicated outreach/marketing support

About the Hospital
North Okaloosa Medical Center is a 150-bed acute care hospital serving residents of Florida’s Emerald Coast region.
