Join a well-established primary care clinic in a welcoming university town as it enters a new chapter. This Internal Medicine position offers a stable, outpatient-only setting with a strong geriatric focus, onsite specialty support, and opportunities for clinical leadership. With two senior physicians retiring, you’ll walk into a ready-made panel and have the opportunity to influence how care is delivered moving forward.

Practice Overview

• Join a collegial internal medicine team at a busy adult-only outpatient clinic
• No hospital coverage—dedicated hospitalist team in place
• Onsite Psychiatry, Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, and integrated imaging/lab
• Leadership opportunities are available as the health system expands Primary Care

Schedule

• 32 hours of patient-facing clinical time per week
• Light Call Load: call is 1:7, by phone only—averages four days/month
• No weekends or inpatient responsibilities
• APP supervision is optional, with a bonus tied to support

Compensation & Benefits

• $270,000 base salary with an RVU productivity bonus
• $20,000 signing bonus and $6,500 CME/professional development stipend

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Skilled in outpatient continuity care; comfortable with adult and geriatric patients
