Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine | $315k + $50k Sign-on Bonus + Productivity Bonus

Summary:

We are looking for Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician with comprehensive training in providing continuous, patient-centered care across the lifespan. Experienced in preventive medicine, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions for individuals and families of all ages and genders. Demonstrates a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, health promotion, and continuity of care within community-focused healthcare settings. Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, coordinated care while balancing outpatient responsibilities with inpatient hospitalist coverage. Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the Arizona Medical Board and maintains an active DEA. Known for strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and a compassionate approach to patient care, with a focus on long-term wellness, access to care, and improved health outcomes. About the Role:

The Family Medicine Physician provides continuing, comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families across all ages, genders, and medical conditions. This role emphasizes preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic illnesses while delivering patient-centered, evidence-based medical services. The physician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to promote overall health, wellness, and continuity of care within the community.

Job Summary:

• Provides continuing, comprehensive health maintenance and medical care to entire family regardless of sex, age or type of problem.
• Monday-Friday schedule, on-call responsibilities as Hospitalist 1/6 week of call ($12,000.00 for week of call)

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a Doctor of Medicine degree or doctor of osteopathy degree from an approved school of medicine or osteopathy.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible required
• License with AZ Medical Board.
• Active DEA
