• 24-hour call coverage starting 7am
• 1-3 call patients per day
• Hospital-based care -- newborn nursery and pediatric floor
• Level 1 nursery with occasional level 2 cases
• Anesthesia backup available for intubations
• High-risk deliveries and C-section attendance required
• ER consults and hospital admission coverage
• NRP and PALS certification required
