### What We Offer You

• Outpatient Practice Model: Full-time role focused on ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma-related care
• Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside a C&A psychiatrist, NP, fellows, residents, externs, MAs, and RN support
• Predictable Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with no evenings or inpatient duties
• Light Call Structure: Consult-only call shared 1:8 on weekends; no holiday or overnight requirements

### ** Who You Are**

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Open to experienced physicians and 2025 graduates
• Eligible for H1B or J1 visa sponsorship
• Comfortable in a teaching and collaborative practice setting

### ** Compensation and Benefits**

• Base Salary: $300,000 guaranteed with quality bonus opportunities
