Practice Setting

Schedule

• 3-day monthly commitment
• Day 1: Evaluations, Day 2: Surgeries, Day 3: Follow-ups
• Schedule can expand as patient volume increases

Cases and Procedures

• Bread-and-butter ENT
• 75% pediatrics (ear tubes, tonsils), 25% adults (sinus care)
• Initial patient volume 2–4 per day with planned ramp-up

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Otolaryngology
• ACLS, PALS, DEA required
• Active North Dakota license or willing to obtain

Travel Accommodations

• Airfare, mileage, lodging, and rental car covered
• On-call room with private bathroom, fridge, microwave available
