Gastroenterology Opportunity, Ohio
You’ll step into an established GI need in a respected community hospital setting with a mixed inpatient/outpatient model. This is a Gastroenterology role with ERCP/advanced GI capability, with a clear path to building a busy practice. Practice Overview
- Backfill GI position in a multi-specialty group affiliated with a 173-bed community hospital
- Mixed inpatient/outpatient model: round in the morning, then clinic and/or endoscopy blocks
- Support includes 1 full-time NP (assists with inpatient rounding) plus LPNs/MAs; EMR is Meditech; Provation in endoscopy
- Practice currently has a part time Gastroenterologist and a part time Hepatologist.
Schedule
- Full-time M-F
- Typical template: half-day clinic + half-day scopes/procedures per day
- Inpatient average census ~8/day; fully ramped procedural pace typically 10–12 cases per half-day block
- Call: 10 days/month total (8 weekdays + 1 full weekend)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary guarantee: $500,000- $600,000

Candidate Requirements
- MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible
- The ability to perform ERCP is preferred but not required
- Open to new grads and experienced physicians; fellows considered
