Practice Overview

  • You’ll join a multi-site ENT and Allergy group with locations in River Oaks, The Heights, Pearland, The Woodlands, and Clear Lake, supported by experienced NPs and a high MA-to-provider ratio
  • General ENT with heavy procedural volume and the ability to incorporate specialties like Inspire or balloon sinuplasty
  • On-site equipment includes ENT towers, scopes, CT scanners, audiology access, and in-office procedure rooms capable of supporting mobile anesthesia
  • Call is 1:3, phone-only and light; PAs/NPs triage most calls with physicians as second-line for post-op concerns

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility in scheduled surgical day
  • Average of 25–35 patients/day; double-booking support available for follow-ups
  • Built-in referral volume from a large allergy patient base and NP-covered basic ENT visits
  • Flexibility to tailor procedural days and satellite site assignments based on personal location

Compensation & Benefits

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Comfortable managing a full general ENT panel with opportunities for procedural expansion
  • Eligible for Texas medical licensure; support provided during application
