Practice Overview

• You’ll join an established women’s health team adding an OBGYN due to growth
• Employed position with a partnership track available
• Call is taken from home with a 30-minute response time
• Most surgical cases are performed in an ambulatory surgery center

Schedule

• 1:7 call rotation with additional pay available if you choose to pick up extra call
• Home call structure designed to support work-life balance
• Mix of clinic and OR time with ASC-based surgery workflow
• Schedule details can be tailored based on your experience and interests

Compensation & Benefits

• $270K guaranteed base (new grad) plus productivity upside
• Sign-on bonus negotiable
• Malpractice coverage with tail included
• Medical benefits plus $5,000 CME allowance

Candidate Requirements

• BE/BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Open to all experience levels, including new grads
• Comfort with full-scope OBGYN and ASC-based surgery
• Interest in being invested long-term (partnership-minded)
