Care is urgently seeking 1-2 PAs for Cardiothoracic Surgery Coverage Practice Setting: Inpatient / Hospital-based
Dates of Coverage: ASAP Average Number of Patients Per Day: Operate on 2/day round on 5–12 patients/day ICU and floor includes consults
Schedule: Weekday weekend and night call coverage needed varied shifts
Documentation System/EMR: Cerner
Trauma Level/Designation: None
Will You Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License? No – need help now Schedule -Weekday is Monday - Friday- 8 to10 hr days in-house -Night call would start 6 pm - 6 am. -Weekend call Friday at 6pm thru Mon 6am- call and rounding from 7am-12pm Saturday and Sunday Required Procedures:Retrieval of Vascular Tissues for Use as a Bypass Conduit
Endoscopic Retrieval
Chest Tube Insertions
First Assist in OR for Cardiac Surgery
Required Duties:Rounding
Coordination of Care
Assist in Surgery
Diagnose and Treat Illnesses
Order and Interpret Tests
Write Prescriptions
Suture Removal Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
