A well-established team of Hematology/Oncology physicians in the Upper Midwest is seeking a physician to join a fully integrated Cancer Center. Practice in a modern, high-support environment designed to eliminate operational burdens, featuring an on-site infusion center, radiation oncology, PET/CT imaging, and a 24-exam-room suite.
Practice Environment & Support
- Fully integrated oncology services in one location * On-site infusion center * Radiation oncology * Advanced imaging, including PET/CT
- State-of-the-art clinic with 24 exam rooms
- Dedicated RN assigned to each physician
- Advanced Practice Providers manage first-call during weekday hours
- Manageable patient volume: 12-14 patients per day
- Full-time clinical schedule: 35 patient-facing hours per week
- Collaborative, physician-centered team environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $625,000 guaranteed base salary or productivity-based compensation (whichever is higher)
