Practice Overview
- You’ll join a collegial group of four oncologists supported by a radiation oncologist, on-site dietitian, and a dedicated RN for each physician
- Full-service cancer center with 24 exam rooms, on-site infusion, radiation, and PET/CT
- APPs handle first call Monday–Friday; shared call among physicians on other days
- EPIC EMR and DAX or Dragon for efficient voice dictation
Schedule
- Average daily census of 12–14 patients
- Predictable schedule with minimal night call and no weekend rounding
- Built-in support from APPs enhances work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits
- $625,000 base salary with wRVU bonus’
- Generous sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 relocation assistance
- 33 PTO days, 10 days CME + $5,000 stipend, malpractice with tail, and full benefits including 401(k) and 457(b)
