Boice-Willis Clinic is a physician-led, multi-specialty group that has been serving the Rocky Mount community for over 110 years. We are welcoming a Primary Care Physician to join our reputable, quality-driven practice. Work alongside more than 60 collaborative providers in a collegial environment that emphasizes patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and long-term stability.

Scope:
- 100% outpatient | 4.5-day week | 1:11 very light call
- Inherit an established patient panel from a retiring physician – ramp up quickly
- 30 primary care physicians plus APPs, RNs, MAs and care coordinators for excellent support
- On-site lab, imaging, PT, diabetes center, coumadin clinic & more
- Opportunities for research and participation in committees

Compensation + Benefits:
- Proven income of $300K+
