Practice Setting

• Inpatient and outpatient mix across 2 locations
• Sites are 30 minutes apart, alternating daily
• Team includes RNs, MAs, and APPs

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Call only 2 non-consecutive weeks/month; mostly phone-based
• Ongoing need with start dates ASAP

Cases and Procedures

• General Hem/Onc including transplant management, tumor boards
• Optional bone marrow biopsies
• Uses Intellidose TxM for chemo orders

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• ACLS, BLS, and ATLS required
• Open to providers without Wisconsin license

Travel Accommodations

• Flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursed
