Position Overview

SCP Health is seeking a dedicated Physician to join our dynamic team at CHRISTUS Children's Emergency Center-Westover Hills.   • Patient Volume: 31K Annual ED volume
  • Coverage Model: 2 Physician shifts per day (6a-6p, 6p-6a), 3 NPPA shifts per day (9a-7p, 12p-12a, 2p-2a)
  • Number of Beds: 10 bed freestanding ED
  • EMR: EPIC

Qualifications

  • Education: Pedatric/Emergency Medicine residency training
  • Licensure: Must have or be able to obtain a Texas Medical License
  • Board Certification: Must be board eligible/board certified
  • Experience: Residents welcome to join our team post-residency

  • About CHRISTUS Children's Emergency Center-Westover Hills: CHRISTUS Children's Emergency Center in Westover Hills provides 24/7 pediatric emergency care designed specifically for infants, children, and teens, with pediatric-trained physicians, nurses, child-sized equipment , and a family-friendly environment focused on reducing stress during emergencies. Located on the campus of CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital-Westover Hills, the center offers immediate access to pediatric specialists, advanced imaging, lab services, and seamless coordination with the broader CHRISTUS Children's network for higher-acuity care when needed.
