🔹 Responsibilities:

• Develop and direct our behavioral health unit, enhancing proactive psychiatry services.
• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and manage medication in consult and inpatient settings.
• Supervise psychiatric residents and child psychiatry fellows from Wright State University.
• Provide weekend coverage and night call for the psychiatric unit.
• Ensure high-quality patient care in our inpatient child psychiatry unit.

🔹 Qualifications:

• Board certification or eligibility in child and adolescent psychiatry.
• Current, unrestricted medical license.
• Minimum of 3 years post-fellowship experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
