The U.S. Navy is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist to serve as a Active Duty Medical Corps Officer—providing care to service members and their families in a full-time, in-person role.
Position Details

- Starting Annual Compensation: $271,555 to $361,090

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia for surgical procedures
- Manage pain control and patient safety in perioperative settings
- Operate in a variety of Navy medical facilities, based on training and assignment

Eligibility Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution (or ECFMG certified)
- Completion of an ACGME accredited residency in Anesthesiology (or in final year of residency)
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology (or in final year of residency)
- U.S. Citizenship
- Between the ages of 21 and 64 (Federal Law: Title 10 U.S. Code section 531 and 532)
