### Family Medicine Medical Director – Iowa

Take on a leadership role with an established, community-focused outpatient clinic in Iowa. We’re actively seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician to serve as Medical Director and lead a dedicated team of primary care providers and behavioral health professionals. Practice Highlights

• Join a collegial team of 4 primary care providers and 4 behavioral health clinicians
• Clinic featuring 17 exam rooms and a range of on-site services including lab, X-ray, pharmacy, physical therapy, and speech therapy
• Provide full-spectrum outpatient care while taking on leadership duties including APP supervision, clinic operations oversight, and participation in quality initiatives
• Optional involvement with cardiac rehab, sleep studies, and hospital Chief of Staff responsibilities

Schedule and Call

• 4-day workweek with no nights, weekends, or call
• Dedicated, experienced nursing and support staff

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $270,000 with an additional $2,000 monthly stipend for APP supervision
• Signing bonus of $25,000 plus relocation assistance
• Student loan repayment assistance up to $100,000 available
• Full benefits including malpractice insurance, medical/dental/vision, retirement plan (IPERS), and 30 days total PTO
• Annual CME allowance provided
