** Practice Setting**

• Join a well-established healthcare team dedicated to community health and education
• Provide leadership for a residency program of 20 physicians, plus 3–5 additional rotating residents from a nearby clinic
• Oversee key administrative functions including program management, record-keeping, resident evaluation, and scholarly support
• Faculty appointment available based on academic experience and qualifications

** Schedule**

• Up to 40% protected administrative time for program oversight and development

  • Remaining 60% of time dedicated to diagnostic reads within the physician’s area of radiology specialization
  • Monday–Friday schedule with built-in flexibility to support work-life balance
