• 7 on/7 off schedule with 11 - 13 hour shifts
• Open ICU model - admit, follow and manage all ICU patients
• 15 - 18 patient census per day on average
• Large reputable health system
• Located on Lake Michigan with excellent schools and low crime
• Board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine
• e-ICU support with virtual intensivist coverage at night
• Tele-consults available for neurology, pulmonology and nephrology
