What You’ll Do

• Lead pediatric providers and clinical operations
• Serve as Pediatric Residency Program Director
• Support ACGME accreditation, resident education, and faculty development
• Mentor providers, residents, and clinical teams
• Drive quality, compliance, productivity, and patient care outcomes
• Provide direct pediatric care, including well-child, acute, and preventive visits

What We’re Looking For

• MD or DO with an unrestricted Florida medical license
• Board Certification in Pediatrics
• 3 to 5 years of pediatric practice experience
• FQHC, ambulatory care, or GME experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical operations skills
