We’re looking for compassionate and skilled Adult Medicine Physicians to join our accredited, mission-driven team serving patients at our Tempe and Baseline clinic locations. As part of our primary care team, you’ll provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to a diverse adult population. From preventive medicine to managing complex chronic conditions, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every patient feels heard, supported, and cared for.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct patient care including history, physicals, assessments, and personalized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics; prescribe and manage medications.
• Partner with specialty providers when needed to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate patients on prevention, lifestyle, and long-term health management.
• Collaborate with in-house allied health professionals for whole-person care.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely and accurate manner.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current Arizona Medical License.
• DEA Certificate.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred: Prior primary care experience.
