ICON Medical Network
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Arizona
Job Highlights
We’re seeking experienced and new graduate CRNAs for a full-time, W-2 opportunity across our growing outpatient surgery network in Mesa, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and surrounding Arizona communities—including Sierra Vista and Stafford.
Enjoy a predictable daytime schedule, minimal call, and no nights, weekends, or holidays—ideal for CRNAs who value work-life balance in a collaborative and low-acuity setting.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
- Privately owned group with 25 ambulatory surgery centers (12–14 in the Phoenix metro area)
- Monday–Friday daytime schedule only
- No weekends, no holidays, no hospital call
- Primarily ophthalmic and periorbital cases (low acuity, high efficiency)
- Full autonomy—CRNAs perform their own blocks (training provided if needed)
- Join a tight-knit, CRNA-led team with structured onboarding
W-2 Compensation & Benefits:
- $220K–$240K annually, depending on location and experience
- Full health benefits + retirement
- PTO and paid holidays
- Paid 3-week training/onboarding program for CRNAs new to the setting
- Optional attendance at the Ophthalmic Anesthesia Society Meeting
- 1099 option available at $175/hr if preferred
Your Day-to-Day:
- Conduct pre-op evaluations, administer perivulvar blocks, and transport patients to the OR
- Rotate between pre-op, OR, and recovery support as needed
- Provide MAC, IV sedation, and topical anesthesia for routine ophthalmologic procedures
- Collaborate with RNs, OR staff, and fellow CRNAs across multiple rooms
- Work at 2–4 nearby centers, generally within a short drive from home
- Light call: 1 week/month, weekday coverage only (no overnight or weekend burden)
What You Bring:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Active Arizona RN license and current CRNA certification
- ACLS certification required
- Experience with ophthalmic anesthesia and blocks a plus—but not required
- Strong communication, adaptability, and a collaborative approach
- Openness to learning blocks (training fully provided)
If you're looking for a stable, team-oriented environment with consistent hours and supportive leadership, this CRNA role is the perfect fit.
