Schedule – Monday – Friday from 8:00AM – 4:00PM

Call Schedule – None, permanent providers will handle call.

How Many APP’s Provide Coverage – One

Will Other Radiation Oncologists Be Present During Coverage – Yes

Number of Patients Per Day – 20 – Outpatient and 1 – Inpatient

Trauma Level – 2

Patient Population – Adult, Hospital Based, Office/Clinic

EMR – Epic

Required Procedures:

• Conventional Radiotherapy
• 3D Radiotherapy
• MRT, External Beam Radiation – 3D-CRT
• External Beam Radiation – IGRT
• External Beam Radiation – IMRT
• Stereotactic Radiosurgery
• Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy
• Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

Required Duties:

• Order Tests
• Order Images
• Prescribe

Estimated Credentialing – 90 – 120 Days

Requirements:

• Board-Certified
• Ohio State License or willing to obtain an Ohio State License
• BLS
• NPBD – Self-Query
