How you'll make an impact in this role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a BC/BE trauma/critical care surgeon in Pensacola, Florida, supported by a strong health system network.
* Join a growing team of 6 physicians and 4 APPs
* Practice setting: inpatient (ICU); 31 ICU rooms (Level I Trauma Center)
* primary stroke center
* Employed position within a nonprofit health system
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Trauma Surgery/Critical Care
* Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
* Champion the care team experience for loved ones
* Facilitate practice growth and quality outcomes
* Collaborate with colleagues to foster a highly efficient practice model
* Neurocritical care experience is appreciated

About the Facility

• Sacred Heart Hospital was founded by the Daughters of Charity in 1915. What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Florida Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Board eligibility/certification in medical specialty required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
