Urology Associates Of Mobile is actively seeking a Urologist to join their dynamic team here in Mobile, AL.

Practice Overview Urology Associates is a comprehensive, physician-owned urology group with:

• 29 Urologists, 2 Urogynecologists, 3 Radiation Oncologists, 3 Pathologists, and 16 Advanced Practice Providers
• Multiple clinic locations across Mobile and Baldwin Counties in Alabama and South Mississippi
• A full complement of subspecialties and in-house support services designed to optimize patient outcomes and physician efficiency

Practice Locations

• Mobile County: Mobile Infirmary, Providence Hospital, Springhill Medical Center, Springhill Cancer Center
• Baldwin County: Fairhope and Foley, AL
• South Mississippi: Ocean Springs, Gulfport, and Pascagoula, MS
• Outreach Clinics: Lucedale, MS; Thomasville, Grove Hill, Monroeville, and Bay Minette, AL

Hospital Affiliations Mobile Infirmary Medical Center, Providence Hospital, Springhill Medical Center, Thomas Hospital, South Baldwin Medical Center, Singing River (Ocean Springs, Pascagoula, Garden Park), and Gulfport Memorial Hospital.

Compensation & Partnership Track

• Year 1: $300,000 base salary + 15% of profit (Net Collections – Overhead & Base Salary)
• Year 2: $300,000 + 30% of profit OR 55% of net collections (for established physicians)
• Year 3: Partnership eligible with $336,000 base + quarterly bonus from ancillary revenue and personal production. Recent partner compensation ranges from $500,000 – $900,000+ annually.
• Partnership buy-in: $50,000 (returned upon departure or retirement)

Ancillary Services & Centers of Excellence

• In-office pharmacy/dispensary
• CT and PET-CT (PSMA), ultrasound suite, and pathology lab
• Radiation oncology and urodynamics
• Chronic care management and clinical research
• Pelvic floor physical therapy
• Centers of Excellence: Advanced Prostate Cancer, Bladder & Renal Cancer, Men’s Health, OAB, and UTI Clinics

Benefits & Perks

• 401K + Profit Sharing: 4% match + average 3% profit share (>$60K annual savings potential)
• Health Insurance: Individual coverage fully paid; family coverage subsidized (~$8,600 annual savings)
• Malpractice: Full coverage through ProAssurance (AL) or MACM (MS), up to $3M annually
• CME Allowance: $5,000 per year (unlimited post-partnership)
• Additional Stipends: $150/month for phone/internet
• Vacation: 3 weeks PTO + ~42 half-days off annually (6 weeks PTO as a partner)

Call Schedule

• Mobile County: 1:13 weekends & weekdays
