MedStar Health is seeking experienced Physician Assistants (PAs) and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners (ACNPs) to join our Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) and Surgical ICU (SICU) teams at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, located in the heart of our nation’s capital. As part of one of the region’s leading tertiary care centers, you’ll work alongside a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering advanced, high-acuity care to critically ill patients.

Position Highlights:

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited physician assistant or acute care nurse practitioner program.
  • NCCPA (physician assistant) or AGACNP (nurse practitioner) certification.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • One year of critical care experience or in-patient hospital medicine is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in advanced procedures.

Compensation Details

$120K–$180K

The hiring range is the range MedStar Health, in good faith, believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education and/or skill level, etc. Even within the range, the actual compensation will vary depending on the above factors as well as market/business considerations.
