Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Odessa, Texas

Practice Overview
- You’ll join a team of 6 NPs, 2 PAs, and physicians across two urgent care clinics
- You'll have the option to work at one of two well-equipped clinics, no cross-coverage or site rotation required
- Bread-and-butter urgent care: worker’s comp, physicals, laceration repair, respiratory illness, etc.
- Supported by on-site x-ray, Rad Tech, LVN, and MA staff at each clinic
Schedule
- 7 days on / 7 days off
- Predictable, consistent patient volume
- Schedule includes built-in time off (no separate PTO accrual)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $115,000 with RVU incentives; total earnings range from $160K–$200K
- Relocation assistance available
- Health, dental, and vision insurance; licensure, DEA, and association fees reimbursed
- Simple IRA with 3% match after one year
