Banner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our busy and growing health center in North Phoenix. Requirements for the position:

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Interpersonal skills conducive to a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
