• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Swings, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS required
• 2 - 5 cases per day per physician, mix of adult (90%) and healthy peds (10%)
• General surgery, OB/GYN, regional, neuro head & spine, ortho, vascular and thoracic
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
