Practice Setting
- Inpatient interventional cardiology coverage
- Adult patients only
- Inpatient consult responsibility as the solo physician on the floor
- Full on call team available for call coverage support
Schedule
- 24 hour call coverage for the days you are on site
- Single short block of coverage in mid November
- Call includes inpatient consults and STEMI coverage
Cases and Procedures
- Full interventional cardiology cases
- Peripheral interventions
- STEMI call coverage
- Inpatient consults
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board certified in Interventional Cardiology
- Active Louisiana license required, facility will not wait for license
- ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
