    Job Description

    • 1099 Independent Contractor model
    • Independent practice - no supervision or medical direction
    • Staffing ratio - 1 MD/4 CRNAs
    • WA has no state income tax
    • Bread and butter cases: no heads, hearts, OB, trauma
    • Ortho, General, Urology, GI, podiatry, GYN, healthy peds
    • Pager call only - low volume on-call cases
    • Skills: spinal, epidural, regional anesthesia preferred

    Compensation:

    • Expected annual earning: $320K with opportunity to earn additional compensation
    • Sign-On Bonus available
      • 13 weeks vacation annually

    Facility Details:

    • Critical Access Hospital
    • # Beds: 25
    • 4 ORs plus GI suite
    • Paper charts - no anesthesia EMR

    License:

    • Active WA medical license is preferred
