Ocoee Regional Health Corporation is recruiting a family or internal medicine physician for Cleveland Family Health Care Center.

Ocoee Regional Health Corporation is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) andwas established in 1978 with the initial purpose of providing an avenue for locals to gain access to medical services. Since opening our doors, we have expanded our service footprint to include Polk, Meigs, Rhea, Bledsoe, Grundy, and Bradley counties.

General Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive medical care to patients.
2. Collaborate with other physicians and mid-level providers.
3. Participate in patient care management and follow-up.
4. Build lastin relationship through community outreach and local patient engagement in Bradley County.

Practice Overview:

• Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Closed from 12:30-1:30pm for lunch
• No Nights or Weekends
