The Chief Hospitalist will serve as a key member of facility leadership, providing strategic direction and operational oversight while delivering exceptional patient outcomes in alignment with Banner Health's mission to make healthcare easier, so life can be better.

Chief Hospitalist Opportunity Details:

  • 70% Clinical (10.5-12-hour shifts/month)
  • 30% Admin Responsibilities
  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • 2-3 years of Hospital Medicine Leadership preferred
  • Dyad leadership model
