    • Locums Assignment: June 1, 2024 - Ongoing
    • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40hr guaranteed workweek + call
    • On Call: Weeknights & weekends, low volume
    • Cases: Ortho, GS, endo (No OB)
    • Supervision Ratio: 1:4 – 1:5
    • ORs: 4 ORs, 2 endo suites, approx. 20-22 cases/day
    • Credentialing: 30-60 days
    • EMR: Meditech and paper charts
