This opportunity offers you the ability to practice across three well-established and high-performing OBL’s / ASC’s, with a fourth facility set to open in 2026. A diverse case mix including GAE, PAD, ESRD, PFE, UFE, and optional Interventional Pain Management procedures.

Additional optional opportunity to obtain hospital privileges for procedural work with call bonus.

● Position: Interventional Radiologist, Vasular Surgeon, Interventional Nephrology

● City/State: 3 locations + 1 de novo in Northern California, east of the Bay Area

● Facility: Office Based Lab / Ambulatory Surgical Center

● Support Staff: RN’s, MA, Surgical Tech

● EMR System: AdvancedMD

● Number of OR’s: 2 ORs, 7 beds

● Procedural census: 6-8 procedures

● Procedures Required: Dialysis access (fistulagrams, HD Catheters, declots), GAE, PAD, ESRD, PFE, UFE,

Interventional Pain Procedures (optional)

● BC/BE: American Board of Radiology, Internal Medicine, Vascular Surgery
