650K ENT | Coastal Delaware | Phone Call Only, 6 Weeks PTO

The Position:
- General ENT
- Monday-Friday schedule
- 1:3 at home, phone call only- very infrequent calls
- Beautiful outpatient office with brand-new campus opening in 2026
- Option for 4 day work week

Compensation Highlights:
- 475K base, up to 624K with RVUs+ 50K Sign On
- Excellent Benefits including: Health, Malpractice, Retirement, CME Allowance, etc.
- 6 Weeks of PTO
