Practice Overview
- You’ll join a rural clinic team with 2 full-time physicians, 1 part-time internist, and 8 APPs
- Full-spectrum care: outpatient visits, inpatient rounding, and emergency coverage (80 ER visits/month)
- Access to onsite specialists, infusion therapy, and behavioral health via telemedicine
- Facilities include 6 clinic rooms, 1 procedure suite, 12 inpatient beds, and 1 OR
Schedule
- Full-time role covering clinic, hospital, and ER with strong team collaboration
- Night call backed by telehealth partners; ER callback response required within 30 minutes
- Inpatient census averages 0–2; weekend ER shifts handled by APPs
- Shared patient care model fosters camaraderie and continuity
Compensation & Benefits
- $325,000 base salary with a $25,000 sign-on bonus
- $30,000 retention bonus paid out over years 2–4 ($10,000 annually)
- Up to $250,000 in student loan repayment ($25,000/year for 10 years)

Candidate Requirements
- Family Medicine physician comfortable with outpatient, inpatient, and emergency care
- Board certification not required; all levels of experience welcome
- Must be open to full-scope rural practice, including patients of all ages
